Lost Dutchman State Park Engagement Session | Lander and Katie

Saguaros, golden hour, playful romance, and the warm sun on our skin. The Arizona desert is the color palette of my dreams for any engagement session :).

I felt like a true third wheel at this session and that is just the way I like it. These love between these two was so fun to capture. I like to explain to my couples that my approach to taking your photos is simple. You be you and I will just be there to capture all of it. Of course I will guide and direct you but in the end my goal is to make you feel like you are just on another date.

We celebrated Katie and Lander’s engagement with champagne and fun at Lost Dutchman State Park in Arizona. This dreamy golden hour couple’s session highlighted not only the love these two share but beauty of the desert. We don’t get the California super bloom here in AZ but this was close enough for me :). Arizona has pretty wild flowers that were in season during this time. Scroll toward the bottom to see :).

I had so much fun with these two. I love connecting with my couples before their big day. I can’t wait to capture their elopement in Sedona this November!
